Whilst we are incredibly proud of the major attractions which represent the perfect combination of scenic beauty and our history, these include Cape Point, Groot Constantia, Table Mountain, and the V&A Waterfront, we do hope you take the opportunity to visit and explore the milliard of local community offerings, like our amazing township tours.

Getting to ICER


Conference Accommodation

Suggested local hotels can be seen in the table below. The main conference hotel will be highlighted in green.

This is usually the most convenient to the conference venue and is usually where pre-conference drinks are held.

 

Conference Dinner

The Conference dinner will be confirmed soon.

If there is transport need it will be from the Conference hotel. Your registration fee includes a place for you at the Conference dinner. You are welcome to bring a guest at the cost of £60. Please see the registration page to book a guest or contact elaine@academic-conferences.org.

Virtual Presentations

There is an option to present your work virtually. Virtual presentations will take place on Zoom, details of the virtual room links will be sent close to the conference date. There will be a check-in session to test your zoom connection prior to the conference. Virtual Participants will have access to the keynotes and all of the virtual presentations.
