Conference status
You can find details of the abstracts selected for submission as full papers on the abstract selected webpage. The conference organisers have received multiple requests to extend the abstract submission deadline. The conference committee has kindly agreed to extend the abstract submission deadline until the 13 April 2012. The conference was launched at the close of ICICKM-2011 in Bangkok, Thailand. The call for papers closes on the 30 March 2012. (extended until 13 April 2012) Please read the call for papers page for more details of topics and how to submit to the conference. Applications are now being accepted to join the conference committee
Note to Authors: Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee prefers that an author presents only one paper. However, if multiple papers are accepted for publication and presentation, each paper requires a separate registration fee. Author registration (including payment) must be completed by 14 September 2012.

Congratulations to Prantik Bordoloi and Nazrul Islam, Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand whose paper “A Framework Linking Knowledge Management Practices and Healthcare Delivery Performance” was voted Best PhD paper. Also commended were George Majdalany, University of Wollongong in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Armond Manassian, American University of Beirut, Lebanon and Ramzi Nekhili, University of Wollongong in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for their paper “Voluntary Intellectual Capital Disclosure Patterns: Empirical Evidence from the United Arab Emirates” and Salman Iqbal, Paul Toulson and David Tweed, Massey University, New Zealand for their paper “HRM Practices and Individual Knowledge-sharing: An Empirical Study of Higher Education Institutions in Pakistan”.
The award for Best Poster presented at the conference was shared by two teams: Christian Lindeman, Christina Schaefer and Rainer Koch, University of Paderborn, Germany for their poster “Requirements of Knowledge-Management in Industrial Organisations and the Sector of Public Safety and Security: Same or Different?” and Arpaphorn Achariyasuja, Mahidol University, Thailand and Somsak Sriborisutsakul, Chulalongkorn University for their poster “Application of the CIPP Model to Evaluate Knowledge Management Projects in Mahidol University Libraries”.
