Biographies | | | | Hans-Peter-Knudsen Hans is ccurrently the Rector of the Universidad del Rosario, elected on November 18, 2002. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration from Rosario University, where he also completed the Specialization in University Teaching and studied in Renewal of Research Universities in the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and University Management at Harvard University Management and the Inter-American Universities Organization (Quebec and Santiago de Chile). |  Hans-Peter-Knudsen | | | |  Fernando Chaparro | | | Asst.Prof.Dr.Mustafa Sagsan Mustafa graduated from the Dept. of Library and Information Science at the Ankara University in 1997. He gained his Masters Degree in National Information Policy at the same University in 2001. He completed his Ph.D in Management and Organization Science at Baskent University in 2008. He was the co-founder of Department of Knowledge Management in Baskent University in 2002. He currently works as Chairperson at the Near East University Department of Knowledge Management in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. His research focuses on KM discipline and applications, organizational behaviour and e-government applications. He is a professor in the School of Business with the American Public University, and he also teaches for the American Military University. He teaches and does research in the fields of strategic management, online education, disability, intellectual capital and knowledge management. He has been working in the consulting field for the past 20 years by advising clients on strategic and knowledge management practices, as well as offering training and education plans of action and strategies. | Bob Barrett | | | Eduardo Rodriguez Eduardo has experience in knowledge management, risk management and analytics in the insurance and banking industry. He has been Knowledge Management Advisor at EDC Export Development Canada in Ottawa, Regional Director of PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers International Association)in Ottawa, Director of Strategic Intelligence UNAD Colombia and currently, he is Quantitative Analyst for EDC, Principal of IQAnalytics, Mathematician, MBA, MSc. Mathematics, certification of the Advanced Management Program McGill University, PhD from Aston Business School in the UK with research in the field of Knowledge Management applied to Enterprise Risk Management. |  Eduardo Rodriguez | | | Dr Joao Pedro Albino Joao gained his Ph.D. in Business Administration, Quantitative Methods and Informatics in 1999. He did his Postdoctoral research at FEA-USP (2008) in Innovation and Information Technology Management and a Post-doctorate at the University of Aveiro, Portugal (2006-2007) in Knowledge Management. He is currently Associate Professor in the School of Science, Campus Bauru, UNESP. Has experience is in Information Systems and Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on Knowledge Management, specialising in Knowledge intensive business services, Management Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems and Groupware. |  Joao Pedro Albino | | | Paul Toulson Paul has a PhD in Psychology & Human Resource Management and is a Life Fellow of the Human Resources Institute (NZ). He is Associate Professor of HRM in Massey University (NZ), and his research portfolio is concerned with human resource valuation, measurement, and its pivotal role in intellectual capital. |  Paul Toulson | | | Delio Ignacio Castaneda Delio holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Master in Education with focus in Organizations from University of Manchester in United Kingdom. At the moment he is Associate Professor at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, invited professor on human aspects of KM and OL, and organizational consultant. |  Delio Ignacio Castaneda | | | Dr Mohamed Rabhi Mohamed holds an MS from Purdue University and a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Soil Science; has interest in environmental implication of mineral fertilizers on soil, water, and air. He worked for the University of Minnesota as research associate. Then joined SABIC as chemical fertilizer researcher; held the position of fertilizer technology manager. He championed the knowledge management project with SABIC R&D organization, and implemented a knowledge management system that was partially described in two articles presented and published in ICICKM proceeding in 2009 and 2010.
