The following is a list of abstracts selected by the programme committee for submission as full papers. To maintain the integrity of the blind review process, authors are listed alphabetically by lead author surname and abstract titles listed separately in alphabetic order.

The review process will start at the end of June and we hope to publish a preliminary programme at the end of July.
