Fees are payable in advance by credit card (VISA and MasterCard ONLY), GBP cheque/bank draft or bank transfer. Earlybird fees must reach us no later than 26 June 2008 and all other fees must reach us no later than 21 August 2008. Bookings can still be made after this date provided that payment is received by credit card at the time of booking

Hotel Accommodation: If you require accommodation, please note that registration must be completed and paid not later than 31 July 2008. It may be possible to book accommodation after that date, but we are not able to guarantee this.

Additional nights: If you require more than the standard two nights accommodation please mention this in the 'other information' box in the registration form and also send an email to Charl Walters with your exact requirements. We will check for availability and then add the additional nights to your order before processing payment.

Group discounts are available for 3 or more participants from the same institution, registering at the same time. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount rated. Please do not use the registration form; instead, contact the Conference Registrar, Charl Walters, for more information.

Note to Authors: In order to have your paper published in the conference proceedings the final date for receipt of authors’ payment is 31 July 2008. Due to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee only allows an author to present one paper. Therefore if multiple papers are accepted for presentation different co-authors need to present each paper.

Changes and Amendments: If you are booking accommodation and would like to increase your stay for additional nights we will do our best to help you. We are happy to do this as part of your registration provided you tell us by email at the time of booking. Before finally submitting your registration, please check your order carefully as changes made to bookings after an invoice has been raised will be subject to an administration charge of £25 per change made. If you do notice that you have made a mistake please notify us by email so that we can help you before raising your invoice. All registration queries should be sent to Charl Walters

Earlybird condition: In order to obtain the Earlybird rate, we must be in receipt of your full conference registration fee by the published Earlybird date. Although we endeavour to notify paper acceptance before this date, external factors may prevent this. In the event of an author subsequently failing to have a paper accepted for the conference, a refund can be made (cancellation charges apply).

Visa Applications: Visitors to the UK must have a valid passport and may require a visa. For more information, please visit our Visa Information page and your local United Kingdom Embassy website. Please note we are not able to arrange visas.
