The support of the Centre and the University is gratefully acknowledged, along with the assistanve provided by the conference chairpersons, keynote speakers and knowledge café facilitator. Our thanks also go to the stream chairs for their efforts in ensuring that timekeeping requirements were respected by all participants and to those who chaired or served as discussants in the PhD Colloquium.
