The conference was hosted by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain on 16-17 October 2008 and held in the Hotel Silken Diagonal Barcelona. Although the conference is now finished, you can find information on this site relating to the conference proceedings, which are available to purchase from our bookstore; the final programme, with pictures of the presenting authors, and also the photo gallery.

The conference dinner is was held in the Restaurant Can Cortada, housed in an 11^th century defence tower, which was converted into a farmhouse in the 1700’s and a restaurant in the 1900’s.

Publication opportunity
Papers presented at the conference will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Electronic Journal of e-Learning. The latest issue of the journal, Volume 6, Issue 2, is available to read online.
