Founded
in 1897 to offer vocational courses, Paisley
began offering degree studies in the early 1900s and matured to University status
in 1992.
Today, the University of Paisley has an enviable reputation for innovation
and excellence, and is widening the provision of higher education in the west

Paisley
is approximately 8 miles west-southwest of Glasgow on the northern edge of the
Gleniffer Braes on the banks of the River Cart. Paisley folk, or 'Buddies',
