We would recommend reading the Abstract
Guidelines – guidance on how to write an abstract for submission to
a conference – before submitting your abstract.
Visas – If
the presenting author is likely to require visa to attend the conference, you
should allow plenty of time to arrange it. If you inform us that you will
require a visa, and send your full paper for review as soon as possible after
the abstract has been selected, we will do all we can to get the reviewer
comments back to you quickly. Please see our visa
information page for more details.
Style
Guidelines – contains guidance on how to prepare your conference
paper. Includes a link to download a model paper and is recommended for
reading prior to submitting your paper for review and again before submitting
your final paper..
Review Policy – this page has information on the
review policy followed for all academic papers submitted for the conference
with a link to download a sample copy of the review form. You may like to
read this during the review process for your paper.
Presentation Guidelines – gives guidance on how to
prepare for your presentation at the conference.
Due to the large
number of papers received for the conferences, authors are only allowed to
present one paper. Therefore if multiple papers are accepted for presentation
different co-authors need to present each paper. Author registration must be
completed by 5 June 2008 and there are special discounts available for
earlybird registration and group bookings, including a special reduced rate
for supervisors and students attending together.
If you have suggestions for other information that you would have found
