		<title>Keynote speakers confirmed</title>

		<description><![CDATA[<P>Three keynote speakers have been confirmed for ECIC 2012, taking place in Helsinki, Finland on 23 and 24 April 2012.<BR></P><P>The opening Keynote will be given by Professor Pirjo Stahle of the Finland Futures Research Centre at the University of Turku, Finland. Professor Stahle will speak on how intellectual capital is creating our future. You can read her biography at <A href="http://academic-conferences.org/ecic/ecic2012/ecic12-biographies.htm#stahle">http://academic-conferences.org/ecic/ecic2012/ecic12-biographies.htm#stahle</A> </P><P>The second day will have two keynote speeches. With more than 20 years in corporate education, Helen has her own consultancy business, Advance Knowledge Networks, and consults in applied knowledge management, facilitation of World Knowledge Cafes, strategic business management, change management, and independent chairing and facilitation.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>She is also the Founder of a creative business Fun.Food.Focus which combines learning, training and educating through hands on cooking. An internationally published author and a regular contributor to The Advertiser newspaper on business strategy, Helen is a Deputy Chair and Executive member of a number of organisations, and also holds an EdD from the Flinders University in South Australia, a Masters Degree in Policy and Administration; and degrees in law and social science. She was the Academic Director of the Master of Entrepreneurship at the University of Adelaide, and has lectured at the three South Australian universities in a variety of topics including<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>Leadership, HRM and Management.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>Helens research interests encompass a wide range of topics including leadership, values and ethics; the knowledge-based economy and evaluating executive coaching as an executive learning tool.</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-AU> </SPAN></FONT></FONT></P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]></description>

John speaks regularly at Knowledge Management, Transformation and Innovation events across the world and has confirmed his topic as Social Knowledge: Are we ready for the future. Known as an extremely engaging, enthusiastic&nbsp;and inspirational speaker, we are delighted to welcome John to ECIC 2011.
